Pov Ly Kuchong, also known as RICH CEE, is a 21-year-old native of Kandal province whose parents are ordinary farmers and is currently in Phnom Penh to pursue a bachelor’s degree.

After arriving in Phnom Penh, RICH CEE studied Computer Science at a university, and so far Pov Ly Kuchong has completed his fourth year, which is the end of the year.
