MB Crusher has launched two shaft screening units designed for mini and midi excavators—the MB-HDS207 and the MB-HDS212.

According to MB Crusher, these two shaft screeners were created to simplify tasks on all job sites, from aerating packed soil when preparing a garden to recycling and separating dirt from demolition debris, stones or roots. The attachments were specifically created for the gardening, landscaping and urban construction industries.

Both models are designed for mini and midi excavators, however, the MB-HDS212 is also compatible with skid steers.

The MB-HDS212 weighs 480 kg (1,058 lbs) and can be installed on midi excavators and backhoe loaders between 8 and 9 tons, and skid loaders from 4 to 5 tons.

According to the company, the coupler connection being lower than the rest of the unit allows for more control during the loading and processing phases, making it easier to get the job done.

Simple maintenanceThe shaft screeners have a sealed cover designed to withstand long-term use and shield the internal parts of the machine from materials such as dirt and sand.

Furthermore, the same cover protects the bolts and side casings, guaranteeing minimal downtime and the ability to continually work.

Also, a capacity increase kit can be installed on the MB-HDS207, which increases the unit’s load capacity.
